All bedrooms have sliders to the decks and patios and are equipped with black out screens.

This home counts 2 full master quarters for a total of 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.

The little extra touches make this home truly special: games, puzzles, ample storage, drink cozies, extra beach towels, beach umbrella, refrigerator with ice maker, slow cooker, etc.

Sleeps 10 comfortably with the possibility of adding an extra single mattress for a younger child.

Casa Mañana boasts THE biggest private saltwater pool in the area (with deep and shallow ends) connected to a smaller shallow pool for toddlers or for sipping margaritas!

The inside/outside connection is incomparable with large sliders that open to a covered terrace complete with sitting area, dining, and barbecue.

A covered rancho offers extra relaxing space with gently swinging hammocks, adjacent to an outside shower, surfboard storage and a pool bathroom.

*With an upmost care for the environment, this project is equipped with a Bionest, a natural and biological wastewater treatment system, ensuring no wastewater makes its way to the water supply or the ocean.

LOCATION IS EVERYTHING

Amazing central location, yet removed from the main street of Playa Pelada. Steps away from restaurants and the mini market. Just 5-7 minutes walk from Pelada beach. Only another 10 minutes walk to Playa Guiones North. Choose to laze your day away under the shade of the trees along Pelada beach or get adventurous - Playa Pelada is full of activity! At low tide, you can explore the rocky tide pools or take a light hike up the hill between Playa Pelada and Playa Guiones for gorgeous views of both beaches.

LOCAL QUIRKS - IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THIS AREA OF COSTA RICA

While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience dust, bugs, mold, power, water and internet outages at some point during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. All of these issues are beyond the control of the homeowner and the management company and may come without advance notice. If having internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend you research internet data plans available to you through your cellular provider. The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, much of the area will have noise from construction typically between the hours of 6am and 5pm. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of a project. The septic system in the Nosara area does not permit flushing of toilet paper with few exceptions. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager.
