The location of Casa Anna can best be described as, perfect! This home is situated just on the edge of the main strip of North Guiones. You’re walking distance from our favorite restaurants, surf shops and most importantly, Playa Guiones! Whether you are a diehard surfer, a yoga extraordinaire, or an adventurous foodie, you are just steps away from your favorite hobbies. 

ON THE INSIDE

If you’re looking for chic and modern in Nosara, this is the place for you. This home is made up of three bedrooms, a newly remodeled kitchen and comfortable living room. Enjoy meals and snacks at the breakfast bar in the kitchen or pass time with family and friends on the handmade furniture in the living room. The master bedroom has a king sized bed with an ensuite bath. Both guest bedrooms have queen sized beds. The kitchen is fully equipped with new cookware and small appliances. The simple and minimalistic design of the home ensures you have a comfortable and clean escape in between your jungle play time. 

ON THE OUTSIDE

Spend your days lounging by the pool under the canopy of the jungle. There is plenty of space out on the patio for dinner parties, or simply just relaxing with a few friends. Enjoy the privacy and security of the new surrounding wall. 

LOCAL QUIRKS

While the infrastructure in Costa Rica is improving, it is highly likely that you will experience power, water and internet outages at some point during your stay. We consider it part of the fun of experiencing another country and culture. All of these outages are beyond the control of the homeowner and the management company and may come without advance notice. If having internet access is imperative during your visit, we recommend you research internet data plans available to your through your cellular provider. The Playa Guiones, Playa Pelada and surrounding areas of Nosara are rapidly growing communities. As such, much of the area will have noise from construction typically between the hours of 7am and 5pm. We do our best to update our properties impacted by construction, however, we are not always provided advance notice of a project. If you have any questions at all, please contact us in advance of booking your stay as refunds and concessions will not be given for any of the reasons above as they are beyond the control of the homeowner and property manager.
